Okay, assuming you've already claimed your email adress (if you haven't go claim one in the claims board now), you should start a thread with your email adress, with the words "CHARACTERNAME's Inbox" inside. You may decorate this post any way you wish (within reason, naturally.) To send someone an email, you reply to their inbox thread and change the post's title to whatever the email's subject is. I hope I'm explaining this clearly.
