Blair opened the door to Starbucks, jacket on her arm. It was still warm enough to go around without a jacket on but she liked to be perpared, you never now when a sudden chill might happen. She stood in line, waiting for her turn; as she waited she started to think about what had happened at home. Mom had a new friend and decided to bring her home, sure she was pretty enough but she was a total b*tch. She acted so friendly in front of her parents and her parents but when she was alone with her, Blair saw through her whole act, just another gold digger in NY. She never cared for them before but now that one has set their eyes on her parents, Blair wasn't going to let her mother be played. She gave a little pout as she thought about a way to break it to her mom, she surely wouldn't take it well and probably won't believe her but she'll have to try, sometimes, her mom was just way too guilable. Blair tucked a strand of long brown hair behind her ear as she stared out the window, still deep in thought.
"Miss, excuse me? But would you like to order?" the cashier asked, bring her back to reality.
"Oh, Sorry," Blair apologized sweetly, "May I get an Vanilla Bean Frap, Venti, and extra whipped cream." she said, she had ordered it so often back home, they had made it for her in advance once they saw her.
Blair gave the girl her credit card and waited for her drink, already back in her thoughts.

Outfit Of The Day Amora danced her way into the Starbucks. Her ipod plugged into her ears firmly with the sounds of techno ringing loudly though. She was on her brake from lighting duty at play rehearsal, She never noticed how hot the lighting room was intill she stepped into the day and felt a chill go up her back. It was even a warm day even! But oh well she wanted a hot coco and a coke anyways and that she could get anywhere but the only place she know to get a hot coco would be Starbucks. Amora quickly turned moving towades the line infont of the room. Hopping back and forth being lost in her world of fast smooth beats. As she was moved down into the line she without knowing it at first, knocked into the person infont of her at the counter, a tall her girl with loing wavy hair waiting for her drink like a normal person. " AHH" she said pulling out her head phones and standing there in shock. " Sorry" she said softly. Amora stopped in mid step as she noticed.. Opps......

Tapping her little black flats, Blair waited impatiently for her Frap, What's taking so long... [/color], she thought to herself just as she felt a bump from behind. She was just about to yell at whoever that bumped into her as she turned around, her mood was so not getting any better without her Frap, " Hey! Watch-" she cut herself off, trying to stay calm, you don't get anything by yelling, that much she learnt. Just as she was about to continue, the girl, who had bright red/orange hair, apologized. Blair looked her up and down, and smiled, liking what she saw, " It's okay. I like your shirt." Blair turned and asked the cashier if they could hurry up and turned her attention back at the girl, " Where'd you get it?"[/blockquote]

Jumped in place when the girl first replied. She seemed mad which isn't what Amora was looking for today but then without a notice the girl calmed down. Amora could tell it was her drink and something beside herself that was making the Girl edgey. Maybe something at home, Amora could understand something like that, with Amora's grades being so bad even with her trying and everything, things would always go bad at home. Amora tried not to think about it to much.
She smiled and tried to step back bumping into the person behind her. " OH sorry." the old lady just nodded. Amora made an odd stressed face and then smiled again looking down at her shirt. " OH thanks, umm I think I got it at my work.." She looked over to see some of the starbucks workers walking passed them maybe for lunch. " I work for Walmart. I think its on sale." She continued turning back to the girl.

Blair frowned as the girl told her where she bought it. The shirt was quite cute but she wasn't a fan of Wal-mart, maybe she could find one similar else where. "Wal-mart..." Blair mused outloud, "Maybe it's not as a bad as store as I thought it was." Blair remembered some marketing lesson where they said, if you get your product into Wal-mart, you'll make it.
"I'm sorry, I forgot," she smiled at the girl, "I'm Blair Sandars." and once again, she asked the cashier for her drink, and they blabbed on about something along the lines of, their machines just had an accident and nothing can be done. Blair could see a riot waiting to happen and she sighed, hoping there wasn't a Starbucks psycho in line.

Amora sighed as well looking at the counter with a raised eye brow.. Maybe she wasn't getting her hot coco.. " Umm yeah its not to bad not the best but ya know." She looked her over and thought OK... maybe she doesn't.,.. . Amora looked over her shirt again and then back to the girl. After she had introduced herself, Something hit her about that name. " OH you're Blair.. " She narrowed her eyes at her in thought.. She know she saw her before.
" Aren't you the cheer Captain or something like that?" She asked trying to place the name to the person. She know that she had heard her name before somewhere maybe at school or at a school active. Amora stood there in thought other Starbucks worker run passed them and straight to the drink machine in the back. " Hmm looked like they might be fixing the problem " she said mostly to herself quietly.

Blair watched as the girl's eyes narrowed as she said her name. Did I do something wrong...? she pondered to herself. She watched the Starbucks staff rush around them, some tripping over one another.
As the girl spoke, Blair blushed a little as she mentioned the cheerleading squad, "Yeah, something like that. It's fun, you should try out." she said politely. It wasn't Blair idea to try out for the squad, but her mother had insisted, being that when she was in highschool, she tried out and said it was a wonderful experience. Blair upsettingly agreed, and thought that she might as well but all those dance and gymnastic lessons to good use but actually found it quite enjoyable over time. Now, she hardly regretted joining the squad.

Amora watched as some of the workers smiled as a spit of warm water come out of the coffee marker. She sighed " Hmm really never gave it much thought.." Amora never thought of herself as a cheerleader.. Maybe it was the fact that she never really got along with Cheerleaders before they all seemed soo... Self centered. "Well I got enough actives to worry about. I'm support to be at the play rehearsal right now, then Cross later, Homework and then work tonight.. Soo I'm a really busy bee." She answered. It was alot but it kept Amora busy and that's what she wanted. Enough for her to keep her mind from wondering like it use to. " But its fun though, and I learn alot ever day." She added.

Blair nodded as the girl spoke about her afterschool activities, she was packed. "Packed schedule." and she smiled as she noticed the coffee machines working again. Blair's main focus was to do well in school and get that CEO job for her father's company.
Then she remembered she forgot to order a Frap for her mom, "Actually, can you make that two Vanilla Bean Venti Fraps with Extra Whipped Cream?" then she turned to the girl, "What're you ordering? My treat." she smiled, Blair was in a good mood now that the machines were working again. "And when you're not that busy, come try out for the squad, we'd love more cheerleaders." Lately, Blair was trying to promote the image of sisterhood, and friendliness and so on, for the squad and try to get rid of some of the bad impressions. They were gonna try and turn over a new leaf. Blair waited for the girl to place her order as she had already taken out her credit hand and was waiting to hand it over to the cashier.
